CATAPULT strives to provide innovative presentation and display products of superior quality and value. With this in mind, CATAPULT backs its products with an extensive warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused from shipping and/or excessive handling.
Lifetime Warranty on display hardware: CATAPULT guarantees the quality and function of its display hardware against defects in materials and/or workmanship when used as designed. CATAPULT will repair or replace, at CATAPULT's discretion, any defective product for the original purchaser. This warranty includes return service back to the customer's specified address via ground shipping.
30 Day Warranty on padded carrying cases: CATAPULT offers a limited 30 day warranty on all padded carrying cases when used as designed and will repair or replace, at CATAPULT's discretion, any defective product for the original purchaser. This warranty includes return service back to the customer's specified address via ground shipping.
Warranty on printed fabrics: CATAPULT offers a 1-year warranty on most of its custom printed fabric graphic products when used as intended. The warranty on fence graphics is 90 days due to the nature of the environment in which it is used. The warranty on custom sized flags is 6 month. We ask that you check your items for quality within one week of receiving them. Please notify the CATAPULT Team as soon as possible with any issues with your order. Please have a picture of the problem or issue available to email to the CATAPULT office if requested. If the damage or defect is caused by manufacturing, material or production factors, your items can be replaced upon examination of the issue/damage. CATAPULT reserves the right to inspect the items and can request an explanation of how the item was damaged. CATAPULT, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective or damaged item including ground shipping back to the customer. The warranty does not cover damages due to accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover fading of colors or graphics due to long term use and when not used as intended. This warranty does not cover exact sizing. There may be a slight variance in the size indicated on your proof vs the actual completed product. We strive make each product to the exact size requested, but there could be a small difference due to product finishing or the material of your order.
All outdoor flags should be brought in each evening and during periods of extreme weather such as high winds, heavy rains and other weather events that could cause damage. All outdoor flags should be placed in a location where they can move freely without encountering objects such as trees, fences, walls, buildings etc. Tent frames and canopies should be taken down during extreme winds, rains and adverse weather.
CATAPULT will not replace custom printed fabric graphics damaged due to customer negligence. CATAPULT reserves the right to make the final judgment on all warranty disputes. This includes the final determination of the cause and the responsibility of damages as well as the final determination of warranty solution.
