One Year Warranty on printed fabrics: CATAPULT offers a 1-year warranty on all its custom printed fabric graphic products when used as intended. Lifetime Warranty on display hardware: CATAPULT guarantees the quality and function of its display hardware against defects in materials and/or workmanship when used as designed. CATAPULT will repair or replace, at CATAPULT's discretion, any defective product for the original purchaser.
All outdoor flags should be brought in each evening and during periods of extreme weather such as high winds, heavy rains and other weather events that could cause damage. All outdoor flags should be placed in a location where they can move freely without encountering objects such as trees, fences, walls, buildings etc. Tent frames and canopies should be taken down during extreme winds, rains and adverse weather.
