Each order is processed as quickly as possible. Orders containing hardware are often shipped the same day. Solvent Printing is 1-2 days processing time plus shipping to your location. How do I find an art template?
Art work templates are found below the Add to Cart button in a tab called "Templates". Locate the template you need and click. Your template will load in a new window.
My art work file is too big to attach with my order. What do I do?
Ideally artwork shouldn't exceed 200Mb. Files up to 524,288 kb (524Mb) can be uploaded with your order. If your art work exceeds 524,288 kb (524Mb), it can be sent to us through We Transfer. I have more than one art file for my items, now what?
Great question! If you have more than one art file for your item (let's suppose you're ordering 2 banner stands with 2 different graphics), make sure you zip your files together and then you can either upload them on the product page, or send them to us with We Transfer. Click Here to go to our We Transfer page to upload your artwork. Be sure to provide order details so we can make sure your art is processed with your order. Please be sure to let us know how many of which design!
Do you use PMS Inks for printing?
No. We don't use PMS inks to print. All printing is 4-color process (CMYK). We do offer PMS color match - just give us the PMS color and make sure that it is on your proof before approving your proof. See our warranty for more information. PMS colors are the most reliable way to achieve the color that you need. Using CMYK values will not guarantee a specific color. When using an industry standard like the Pantone Matching System, a color can be replicated for each subsequent printing. Due to different fabrics, different presses, different operators, and many other variables, using CMYK values will not mean that the colors will turn out the same every time.
