One Year Warranty on printed fabrics: CATAPULT offers a 1-year warranty on all its custom printed fabric graphic products when used as intended. Lifetime Warranty on display hardware: CATAPULT guarantees the quality and function of its display hardware against defects in materials and/or workmanship when used as designed. CATAPULT will repair or replace, at CATAPULT's discretion, any defective product for the original purchaser.

All outdoor flags should be brought in each evening and during periods of extreme weather such as high winds, heavy rains and other weather events that could cause damage. All outdoor flags should be placed in a location where they can move freely without encountering objects such as trees, fences, walls, buildings etc. Tent frames and canopies should be taken down during extreme winds, rains and adverse weather.

Beautiful Table Cover and Fantastic Service

Safe to say I was very impressed with the final product and the efficient service with friendly staff. My artwork included a full-color gradient, and despite my nerves, Catapult delivered a high-quality table cover that completely matched the art with no color banding whatsoever. On top of that, the staff was responsive and supportive in meeting my rushed deadline. I will certainly be working with them again - I can always count on the team at Catapult!
