Please Note:

Multiple finishing options available at no charge. By default, custom sized flags come with a Basic Hemmed Edge on all four sides and a Standard Grommet Strip on the left side. At your request, we can finish your flag with any of these choices: Basic Hem, Hem & Grommets, Standard Grommet Strip, Reinforced Grommet Strip (black or white 450D Oxford material), or Pole Pocket with CLOSED top. If you need a pole pocket with OPEN top, please make a note on your order, we can accomodate this request.

One Year Warranty on printed fabrics: CATAPULT offers a 1-year warranty on all its custom printed fabric graphic products when used as intended. Lifetime Warranty on display hardware: CATAPULT guarantees the quality and function of its display hardware against defects in materials and/or workmanship when used as designed. CATAPULT will repair or replace, at CATAPULT's discretion, any defective product for the original purchaser.

All outdoor flags should be brought in each evening and during periods of extreme weather such as high winds, heavy rains and other weather events that could cause damage. All outdoor flags should be placed in a location where they can move freely without encountering objects such as trees, fences, walls, buildings etc. Tent frames and canopies should be taken down during extreme winds, rains and adverse weather.

Custom Flags (Double Sided)

Our customer was a little hesitant to pay the extra money for fabric custom flags vs Double Sided scrim banners, but oh were they happy when they saw the finished flags!!!! Blow away with how the colors pop off the fabric and the finishing and quality is just top notch. Catapult always helps us keep our brand standards a step above the rest! Appreciate you and your outstanding customer service. Karen and Madison are rockstars, they should start a band!
